Compare Charles, Hal, and Mercedes to any other characters you’ve met in other books, movies, plays, television shows, or real life. What traits did Buck have that allowed him to adapt to the north that they lacked?

    Buck is mostly huskie and huskies are known for being good sled dogs.

    Buck likes to act as a leader dog,Charles,like the guy in the burbs who was the main characters best friend.Hal like the monk.

    he got to be around other sled dogs that were experienced. and he got beaten a lot so he learned to not try to hurt his mushers.
